Exchange & Return Policy
At Maebels, we take great care in delivering quality pieces you’ll love. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can assist you:
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery. You may exchange your item for another product of the same or higher value, subject to availability.
Returns (Limited Cases Only)
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (product box).
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned in its original packaging (product box)
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests
How to Request
To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at care@maebels.in within the applicable time frame of 3 days, along with your order ID, reason, and unboxing video (for returns).
Requests raised beyond the stated timelines will not be accepted.
Sale Items
Products purchased during Clearance Sale, Milestone Sale, or Birthday Sale are not eligible for exchange or return, unless they meet the return criteria (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at an additional charge of ₹60 per order.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Reverse pickup or shipping instructions will be shared upon approval
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
